Born in Australia to a Lebanese mother and Greek father, Gregory graduated from the University of Sydney and completed executive education at Harvard Business School. He is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of AIR COMPANY, a New York-based climate technology, defense, and engineering company focused on creating solutions to the world’s most pressing issues by developing technologies and industrial products from carbon dioxide (CO₂). These technologies help decarbonize industries contributing to global warming and advance energy independence.

Before founding AIR COMPANY, Gregory worked at Diageo, a global leader in alcohol production and manufacturing, and was featured on Forbes’ 2017 30 Under 30 list. As CEO, Gregory leads strategy, business operations, and the commercial deployment of AIR’s technology. To date, he has raised over $110MM in venture capital and delivered AIR COMPANY’s suite of products, including AIRMADE Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Rocket Fuel, AIR Vodka, and AIR Eau de Parfum.

Under his leadership, the company has earned global recognition with awards such as Time’s Best Inventions, the NASA CO₂ Conversion Challenge, Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas, and the XPRIZE for Carbon Removal. In 2022, AIR COMPANY powered the world’s first test flight using jet fuel made directly from CO₂. Today, Gregory continues to position AIR COMPANY as a world leader in sustainable aviation and technology, forging commercial partnerships with airlines like Virgin Atlantic, JetBlue, and Air Canada, while securing multiple contracts with organizations such as NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense.
